Cancellation Policy

• Please notify our office at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments canceled with less than the required notice may be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee.
• Patients who miss an appointment without notice may be subject to a $75.00 no-show fee.
• Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require additional scheduling arrangements.

We understand that unexpected situations happen, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Cancellation fees are intended to help cover the time reserved for your appointment and allow us to offer that time to another patient.
