At our practice, we want to help you maximize your dental benefits. As a service to our patients, our team will handle the paperwork and file claims for most dental insurance programs.

Key Insurance Guidelines

• Out-of-Network Provider: We are an independent practice and not part of any managed care networks. This allows us to provide care based purely on your needs.
• Your Policy is Unique: Your insurance plan is a direct contract between you and your provider. Because coverage varies greatly from company to company, we recommend reviewing your specific policy details.
• Patient Responsibility: You are ultimately responsible for the total cost of your treatment. If your insurance pays more than anticipated you will receive a refund check for that amount from our office. If your insurance pays less than expected or delays payment, any remaining balance belongs to you.
• Standard Pricing:We charge our standard, usual, and customary fees to all patients regardless of insurance coverage. Some plans pay based on a “fixed fee schedule” which may not exactly match our standard office fees.
• Plans We Do Not Accept: Please note that our office does not accept Medicaid or Humana Medicare.

Know Your Costs Before Treatment

We believe in transparency. If you are planning a major procedure, our accounting staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company. This helps you know exactly what your benefits will cover before your appointment begins.

Cherry Payment Plans

Cherry offers eligible patients a convenient way to divide the cost of dental treatment into manageable monthly payments. It can be a helpful option for patients who would prefer to move forward with recommended care while paying over time.

Alphaeon Credit

Alphaeon Credit is a healthcare financing option that may help eligible patients pay for dental treatment over time. Available plans, approval amounts, and payment terms are determined directly by Alphaeon Credit.

Sunbit

Sunbit offers a fast, easy way to pay for dental treatment over time. Check if you pre-qualify in seconds with no impact to your credit score. Sunbit provides flexible payment plans designed to fit a wide range of budgets.
